As a judicial officer, Tom may not receive communications about specific cases or specific issues before or likely to be before the Washington Supreme Court. Such direct communications with a judge about issues before the court are called ex parte communications and are prohibited. Tom does, however, welcome your comments on his performance, judicial process, or issues of general interest.
